  3. You will receive personal feedback within a few days of your interview. If both you and we agree to deepen the dialog, we will invite you to a personal meeting on site at the latest.
  4. if you visit us at one of our Schuler locations, we will show you your workplace and take a look at your future with us. You will then receive personal feedback within a few days. And if it suits both sides, an invitation to a contract interview.
  5. In the contract interview, you and your HR Business Partner will go through all the details for your successful start with us. They will be an important point of contact for you throughout the entire application process and also after your employment.

You will receive feedback within a few days of receiving your application. We will also give you feedback at short notice during the application process and keep you up to date.

Yes, you can apply for several positions. However, please note that each application will be reviewed individually. For this reason, individual communication takes place for each application.

In general, we require a CV and relevant supporting documents (e.g. work references or university certificates). Depending on the position, other documents may also be required. We are also happy to receive a cover letter, but this is always optional and not mandatory. You will find all the necessary information in the respective job offer. Pre-onboarding at Schuler means that we provide you with important information, relevant contacts and contact persons before your first day of work so that you have a smooth start with us. You will also receive access to our pre-onboarding area in our employee app LOUIS.

Our onboarding process is designed to give you a smooth start. Once you have been accepted, you will receive all the necessary information, documents and initial insights. From day one, you will receive a comprehensive introduction including an individual induction plan and get to know your team and the processes. Another important part of the process is our structured hybrid onboarding event. You will receive information about the location, products and current projects as well as the Schuler culture and get to know other colleagues on site and from other locations. Feedback is particularly important to us during the onboarding phase! There will be regular opportunities for this with your manager and your HR Business Partner.

Apprentices and students

You can apply for an apprenticeship or course of study with us as soon as the vacancies are published. This is usually the case in the summer, at the start of the summer vacation. The application process for our apprenticeships and degree programs is simple and transparent. Once you have submitted your application, we will check it carefully. If you make a positive impression, we will invite you to an interview to find out more about you. Once you have been successfully selected, we will send you your training offer. We will support you throughout the entire process and are available to answer any questions you may have.

As an intern or working student with us, your interest and curiosity are the most important things you need. We value team spirit, commitment and a willingness to learn new things. Depending on the position, certain previous knowledge may be helpful, but what counts most is your motivation and enjoyment of working with us.
