Step 2: Get to know us!
To get to know each other for the first time, we invite you to an interview. This will usually be virtual but can also take place in person.
Step 3: Look forward to your feedback!
You will receive personal feedback within a few days of your interview. If both you and we agree to deepen the dialog, we will invite you to a personal meeting on site now at the latest.
Step 4: Get an impression!
If you visit us at one of our SCHULER locations, we will show you your workplace and take a look at your future with us. You will then receive personal feedback within a few days. And if it suits both sides, you will also receive an invitation to a contract interview.
Step 5: Become part of the SCHULER Group
In the contract interview, you will go through all the details with your HR Business Partner for your successful start with us. He or she will be an important point of contact for you throughout the entire application process and also after your employment.
