The following tips can help you:

  • Prepare questions: Find out about the position you are applying for. Prepare questions that you can ask during the interview. Because during the interview you can also get an impression of whether the position is what you are looking for.
  • Know our corporate culture: HOW we work together is crucial to our success - just like our professional expertise! The so-called "SCHULER success factors" are the basis for our cooperation and our success. They describe the skills and personal behavior that we can expect from each other. These are our 7 success factors:
    • Customer focus
    • Group-wide cooperation
    • Efficiency orientation
    • Taking responsibility
    • Ability to change
    • Leadership (especially for managers)
    • Entrepreneurship (especially for managers)
  • Show yourself: Prepare to show your qualifications by giving specific examples from the past or presenting ideas on how you would accomplish a particular task. We not only want to see what you know, but also how you think and whether you would fit in with us.

Corporate culture and working environment

Reliability, freedom, will to change. These are our three values that show who we are as an employer, what sets us apart from other employers and what drives us forward.

Students

As an intern or working student with us, your interest and curiosity are the most important things you need. We value team spirit, commitment and a willingness to learn new things.
